Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from EmberLeafStudio.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.

Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food products once they have left our premises. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the food items received, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number, and we will investigate the matter and provide appropriate compensation. This can include a replacement, a future discount, or a refund at the discretion of EmberLeafStudio.

Non-Food Items

For non-food items or merchandise, we accept returns in accordance with the above policy. Such items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original receipt.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
