The inception of 'EmberLeafStudio' was rooted in one small but powerful vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Naples. The venture began as a quaint family-owned eatery in 1985, established by the Romano lineage, drenched in recipes passed down over generations.
'Marco Romano', our originator, perfected her pizza craft while journeying across Italy, picking up secrets from eminent pizzaiolos in Naples – the cradle of pizza. Coming back to the UK, she set out to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, marrying age-old techniques with premium ingredients.
From a humble 12-seat pizza shop, we've evolved into a much-loved cornerstone of the community, yet our dedication to superior quality and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough in-house each day, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'EmberLeafStudio' still thrives under the guidance of the Romano family's second generation, steering a team filled with fervor. While we've adopted some contemporary advancements, the core spirit of our enterprise stays unchanged: to serve delectable, real pizza that unites people.
